I have done many things in my life. Different business opportunities and adventures have made my life full of learning and development. I was excited to change everything up in my forty’s and head back to school for Social Work. I am excited to be on this learning adventure once again. At the moment I teach ASIST and organize the Ladies Collective with Elevate while continuing my role as the General Manager. I look forward in meeting and chatting with the clients as they come in. See you soon :)

Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Dez, a small town farm girl turned city dweller.
I’ve spent the past 11 years supporting youth and adults in residential and health care settings. I have a Bachelor of Social Work degree, and am committed to ongoing learning so I can continue to offer support that’s informed and meaningful.
My practice is trauma-informed and client-centered, which means I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and heard. My hope is you feel empowered as we work together toward whatever healing and growth looks like for you.
I welcome humor and laughter as powerful tools for connection, relief, and healing. My approach to therapy is flexible and collaborative, drawing from a range of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailoring our work together to what best supports you.
Wherever you are on your journey, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Currently, I offer support to individuals aged 13 and up.

What Working Together Looks Like
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and supported.
Together, we’ll explore challenges, identify strengths, develop practical strategies, and work toward goals that are important to you. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to walk alongside you as you discover what healing, growth, and wellness look like in your life.
> Healing doesn’t mean having all the answers. It means developing the confidence and capacity to move forward, one step at a time.
